Plus what the monkeypox public health emergency declaration means for you.
Recently, I told you about my under-the-desk treadmill and how it has helped me increase my steps throughout the day. After several weeks of using it, I can confidently say that it has improved my life overall — even outside of more walking. I notice that I have way more energy during the workday. The 3 p.m. slump seems more bearable and my ability to focus in the afternoons has returned. Right at this moment, it’s also rescuing me from killer lower back pain. I sometimes suffer from debilitating spasms and the best thing for me to do is to keep moving when this happens. The treadmill is perfect for that. If all of this doesn’t convince you to get one for yourself, maybe my full review will. Read it here and see why it’s worth the investment. Happy walking!

Got a spare minute? Use it to change your life. Our “A Minute And Change” series will help you become happier, healthier and more productive by doing one thing a little differently.
