There’s nothing better than featuring garden grown produce as part of your Thanksgiving Dinner. These Honey Glazed Carrots are a quick and delicious way to elevate your veggie side dish. ● 15 medium-sized carrots, peeled ● 2 Tbsp Olive oil ● 1/4 cup BeeMaid Honey ● 1 tsp sea salt ● 1 tsp garlic powder ● ½ Tbsp fresh cracked pepper Toppings: ● 3 tbsp. Crushed pistachios ● 3 tbsp. Feta, crumbled ● Fresh parsley 1. Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking tray with parchment paper. 2. Prep your carrots by peeling and discarding any old or overly long stems. Place them onto the baking sheet and coat with olive oil, BeeMaid Honey, salt, garlic powder and pepper. 3. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown and fork tender. 4. Remove from the oven and top with crushed pistachios, feta and parsley. |
