These soft pretzels are super tasty and shaping them is a family affair. We always do a pretzel with the first letter of everyone's name, then everyone has free reign to make whatever they desire. The kids have a blast making and eating their creations.

This is my way to take a cooked ham and turn it into a luxurious main course that makes you forget about those $80 glazed hams from the specialty shops. It's turns out super juicy with an incredibly crisp toffee-like crust. Delicious! This cost about $8 in all to make. Always hunt the holiday sales!

I remember growing up in the 50's, that for all the family reunions and church picnics, my Great Aunt Beaufort always brought her homemade pecan pies. they were a favorite among many, including myself. I grabbed a piece just as soon as I could, because I knew they would get gone quickly.
