Citrus Bourbon Glazed Ham

By attosa

Citrus Bourbon Glazed Ham on panThis is my way to take a cooked ham and turn it into a luxurious main course that makes you forget about those $80 glazed hams from the specialty shops. It's turns out super juicy with an incredibly crisp toffee-like crust. Delicious! This cost about $8 in all to make. Always hunt the holiday sales!

West Bend 4065 Bread Maker Locking Up and Not Kneading
My bread maker, a West Bend 4065, is locking up and not kneading. The motor is trying, but the paddle won't turn. This has happened before. The belt is not broken. Do the gears need oil/grease? I have had this unit many years, but it only gets used 1-4 times a year. I would like to use it more.
