I just live a few blocks from our store and office so it's easy to make a quick trip home for a meal. I can be back in the office in 30 minutes.
I like tomatoes so mayo and a couple tomato slices on whole grain toast make a quick meal. Add some lettuce and a slice of ham if you like.
