Lisa and I got away for a week to the beautiful Prince Edward Island. We spent every day of the week on the beach. It was glorious! I came back refreshed and felt like a new man. There were a few things I learned that changed my life. Actually… these are things I’ve known, but now I really know! LOL. I know you know what I mean! I mean… you know things… but when you actually apply them for a period of time and actually feel their benefits… that’s really knowing. I want to share them with you. Maybe you already know these but don't know them yet. 1. Take care of the body. Breathe. Eat as well as you can. Exercise. Move! As much as you are able. 2. Stay offline. As much as you can. This is a challenge for me because everything I do is online. But I have a team of people who help me and I’m determined to use their help more. 3. Touch the earth. Walk barefoot… on grass, gravel, rock, sand. Breathe the air. Feel the leaves, smell the blossoms, taste the salt in the air (I’m by the ocean). All these sum up in this one short sentence: Be here now. Be in your body. Be present. Be on the earth. I came back KNOWING this works. I’m determined to apply it always.
