Survey: Best workplaces offer basic benefits plus perks A survey of 169,000 workers for Inc.'s Best Workplaces list showed the top companies offered health and dental insurance and retirement plans as baseline benefits, with added perks such wellness initiatives, flexible scheduling and paternity leave.
