File your accounts early this December to avoid a penalty All limited companies, whether they trade or not, must deliver annual accounts to Companies House each year. This includes dormant companies. If youre due to file accounts with us by the end of the month, do not let the December rush catch you off guard. Allow plenty of time before the deadline and use our digital routes where possible. Its important to remain compliant and understand the impact that filing accounts late can have.
