File your accounts early this December to avoid a penalty All limited companies, whether they trade or not, must deliver annual accounts to Companies House each year. This includes dormant companies. If youre due to file accounts with us by the end of the month, do not let the December rush catch you off guard. Allow plenty of time before the deadline and use our digital routes where possible. Its important to remain compliant and understand the impact that filing accounts late can have. Missing your filing deadline could result in financial penalties and affect your credit score or access to finance. The consultation is aimed at statistical users, but is also open to wider users from across the UK. The consultation closes on 23 January 2024. Respond to the consultation IP and Business Growth Survey The Intellectual Property Office (IPO) has launched its IP and Business Growth Survey, asking businesses to share their views on the role intellectual property plays in supporting the growth of their business.
