Murder, assault charges filed against hit and run driver in Minneapolis

According to the charges, just after midnight on Sept. 14, Latalia Margalli, 22, left a verbal altercation that turned physical, took the wheel of her vehicle and then intentionally accelerated toward the large crowd without breaking. De’Miaya Broome, 16, was killed. Five others were injured.

🚗 Washington County arrest person of interest after Hugo homicide
A 45-year-old man is in custody in connection with a homicide that occurred Monday in Hugo, a city about 15 miles north of the Twin Cities, according to the Washington County Sheriff's Office. The man is considered a person of interest and has not yet been charged in connection with the suspected homicide in Hugo.
🏥 Rural Behavioral Health Clinic run by MSU Mankato to open this year
Operating as a community-based outpatient mental health center adjacent to campus, this clinic will also be an academic training center for students enrolled in MSU Mankato’s social work, counseling and student personnel, alcohol and drug studies, psychology and nursing programs. It is part of a give-year agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota.
🔭 Moon show: Full harvest blood eclipse supermoon Tuesday night
Tuesday’s full moon occurs Sept. 17, 2024, at 9:35 PM CDT according to NASA. The moon will appear full for about three days, from Monday evening through Thursday morning.
