If we see sufficient clear breaks, temperatures could drop to zero or even slightly below in pockets of northeastern Minnesota to the teens south. Two camp residents filed the suit on behalf of approximately 150 of people still residing at the camp. It alleges the city’s planned Thursday eviction violates their constitutional right to privacy and due process under the Fourteenth Amendment, and the right to be free from cruel and unusual punishment under the Eighth Amendment. | |
