Around 500 people gathered Thursday to celebrate the grand opening of MIGIZI, a Native American youth center based in south Minneapolis that burned down during the unrest around the police murder of George Floyd in 2020.
"We want to make sure that we have a safe reliable cannabis marketplace. You want to ensure that consumers have a safe product, that what it says on the label is in the actual package and that people feel informed about the products."
