Dear John,
When I first went out on my own I was overwhelmed, confused, and afraid.
I was overwhelmed because I had the entire world available to me as prospective clients. I didn't know where to start.
I was confused because I didn't know how to run a business. I went to "business school" and learned about economics, finance, and mergers and acquisitions. But I didn't learn what phone system to pick for the office, how to keep my books, or how to accept credit cards.

My wife believed in me. That helped me believe in myself. Armed with that confidence, I fought through the discomfort of being in a new city and starting a new business. It was great to have someone in my corner providing emotional support. That gave me confidence.
Finally, I knew I had to sell. If I didn't sell we wouldn't have any money. It was that simple. My purpose was clear: Develop as many relationships as possible so I had an army of people I was helping. These people would, in turn, pay me and refer me to their friends. That was my clarity of purpose. Help as many people as possible and make money to take care of my family.

7:30 AM – Introductions and Welcome
7:45 AM – The session begins with an introduction to my 60 Second Sale system. This system will help you create the atomsphere that will allow you to close a deal in less than a minute.
9:00 AM – We then move into a group exercise were you discover how to develop relationships using my proprietary Relationship Report card.
10:00 AM – Break
10:15 AM – Workshops
We move into individual projects you want to work on during our time together. Each attendee has 15 minutes to present a project they would like to complete within the next 60 days. The group will then provide feedback on the project and you will get input from me.
Noon – We conclude with a private lunch at the hotel restaurant.
