| Winter storm warnings continue for much of Minnesota |
Dozens of school districts and colleges across Minnesota and in neighboring states have canceled classes, moved to online learning or opted to start classes two hours late on Monday.
Parts of Minnesota could see snow changing over to rain throughout the day Monday. On Monday night and Tuesday, colder air will move in, causing a changeover back to snow across much of the region. A couple more inches of accumulation are possible. Get the latest weather news on Updraft.

After a major snowstorm hit Minnesota Sunday, continued precipitation could cause traffic issues Monday. Dozens of flights were canceled or delayed at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport as extra crews worked to keep runways open during a popular day for travel.

| | 14-year-old Minnesota chess master wins national women’s title |
International chess master Alice Lee, 14, was nervous going into the Women’s American Cup in Missouri last Thursday.
She went up against 40-year-old grandmaster Irina Krush, who beat her in last year’s American Cup during a tight game. Krush is one of the top female chess players in the U.S. and is also someone Lee has looked up to in her chess career.
But Lee, who is from North Oaks, came back to beat Krush two games in a row. | |

The season’s biggest snowfall hit Minnesota on Sunday.
