3 Tips for Conscious Content Consumption |
1. Review how you spend your time and energy Are you building yourself up with content that'll inspire you to success, or wearing yourself down and losing focus?
2. Take control and engage mindfully Take control of your inbox and newsfeed. Unsubscribe, unfollow or delete content that's neither tasty nor nutritious. If it's negative or distracting, take it off your menu! 3. Take regular breaks Avoid information overload by limiting your content consumption instead of continually grazing or gorging. It's important to set a time limit and ensure you take regular breaks. |
