The GMT94 Yamaha Official EWC Team and the YART Yamaha Official EWC Team return to action at the opening round of the 2017/2018 FIM Endurance World Championship, the 24 hour Bol d'Or, at the Circuit Paul Ricard this weekend. Reigning Champions GMT94 will kick off their title defence fresh from lifting the trophy at the Suzuka 8 Hours, with David Checa, Niccol Canepa, and Mike Di Meglio all back in action. The YART team of Broc Parkes, Kohta Nozane and Marvin Fritz battled at the front with GMT94 for the majority of last season, finishing third in the standings, and are hotly tipped as one of the favourites for the title in 2017/2018 after crossing the line as the leading full-time EWC team at Suzuka.
