The CYLNDR combines the ease of a straight razor with the convenience and safety of an electric rotary shaver. Without the risk of cutting and without any lather, you can get a super-close shave using the same simple motion you would with a straight razor. Unlike other rotary shavers which feature a vertical handle and horizontal blade, the cylindrical form of CYLNDR provides more power while also being more ergonomic and compact. Additionally, its two-direction rotary system makes it possible to maintain a steady hand position for an even and consistent cut.

This Watch Used to be a Porsche 911

You could own a Porsche 911, or you could own this slick looking wristwatch. It’s kind of the same thing. How, you ask? Well, this wristwatch is forged from the metal of actual Porsche 911’s series cars from the air cooled era!

That’s right. The watch carries 52 years of Porsche’s iconic automotive legacy within its metal construction. Made from salvaged parts of the Porsche 911 series, and featuring many subtle references to the car’s iconic design, the 901 Collection pays a fitting tribute to Porsche’s timeless vehicles by breathing new life into it. Not only does it reduce waste by recycling a material, it also ensures that a legendary classic isn’t put to rest in a junkyard… keeping Porsche’s spirit running for essentially another lifetime.

The design of the watch balances itself between capturing the vintage/undying spirit of the Porsche automobile, but also at the same time being a beautiful state of the art watch. Each watch dial is unique, showcasing the grain pattern of the refurbished metal taken from the car. Each and every detail tips a hat to Porsche’s design language, be it from the dashboard, to the rims, to the seat trim detail, to even the Porsche font that features on the numbers on the dial. Above this grand celebration of design, rests a Sapphire Crystal Glass with three anti-reflective coatings, giving you a clear window into probably the most significant milestone in car design.

The watch comes in three variants, catering to the three spirits of the 911. Patrons get to choose between styles that embody vintage, contemporary, and turbo. All watches come with the Miyota caliber 9100, a high precision, automatic Japanese movement designed to last you your entire life. Each and every watch also features a unique Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) engraved on the side along with a story card describing which 911 your watch was made from. An Ever Expanding Appliance

If you’re a new chef in the making, Vario is the first and last kitchen tool you need! This versatile appliance utilizes a central base plate with an integrated induction ring for heat transfer and a magnetic ring for rotating motion. This simplistic combination makes it possible to use a variety of modular components for absolute multi-functionality!

The induction plate add-on works perfectly for heating normal pots and pans as you would on a normal stove. The grill plate (in which only the ribs heat up) provides you with a high-quality surface for grilling indoors. The stock pot addition allows you to make soup or a favorite liquid stock. A mixing element means it can be used as a sous-vide, or a steam basket on top to reuse the steam. The options for expansion are endless!

A Speaker with a Surprise

“Atelier” is a hybrid entertainment system that marries high end audio and television into one elegant unit. According to designer Kwanjun Ryu, it’s first and foremost a speaker to appeal to younger generations less concerned with TV.

Created to rest close to the floor, it’s capable of delivering multidirectional, high-def sound that will envelope the user in their favorite tunes or talk radio. With the press of a button, a 32″ screen automatically raises to reveal a full HD color screen. This means, when it’s not in TV mode there’s no blank, black box cramping your room’s style! The removable fabric front and back can be custom colored as easily as picking a Pantone paint chip. Simply swap them out as your look grows and changes!

“It slowly goes up with spiral spring structure. Display is only visible when it used. Click once to turn on the TV, and TV will turned off when you click it again,” Designer Kwanjun Ryu told YD.

“TV’s back side needs to look neat, because it no longer exist in front of the wall. Atelier has perfect symmetry form. You can feel beautiful shape in any direction.”

“You can select color of fabric like picking pantone color chip. And also, there is color code behind the fabric part to input.”

“Not like other TV, Atelier is designed to play ultimate sound. Small tweeters are arranged to front. Big two woofers are in the bottom of it’s body to reduce full scale of product and to make better sound.”
