Yancey will file objections in 94th Di strict race to Simonds' legal filings

Del. David Yancey will file paperwork Friday in Newport News Circuit Court to dismiss claims from his opponent, Democrat Shelly Simonds, that argue a three-judge panel incorrectly called a tie in the 94th District House of Delegates race.
