President Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un will meet for a second time in February, the White House said, following a series of meetings between U.S. and North Korean officials in Washington. Gen. Kim Yong Chol, the lead negotiator for North Korea and the country’s former spy chief, met with Secretary of State Mike Pompeo after previously planned talks were canceled abruptly in November.
