Only 24% of U.S. employees feel strongly that their organization cares about their well-being, according to a random sample of 15,001 full- and part-time U.S. employees who were surveyed by Gallup in February 2022. Gallup reports this decline in employees' perceptions was generally consistent across employee job types, but managers' perceptions declined by 11 percentage points.
