| Officers located an unlocked and running vehicle in the Walmart parking lot April 20 with a two-year-old child sleeping in the backseat. The mother soon exited the store and told officers she was only away from the vehicle for five minutes while she went into the store to return old cell phones. She said she had been going through a rough patch raising the boy on her own. |
