Woman arrested for DUI in Baltimore County crash that killed 5-year-old and her grandmother

Baltimore County police have arrested a 22-year-old Timonium woman on charges of driving under the influence and vehicular homicide in relation to the fatal crash that killed a 5-year-old girl and her grandmother.
