The much loved Adelaide Fringe has begun and the Festival is just around the corner, but South Australia is still recording more than 1,000 COVID-19 cases per day.

Indoor Fringe and Festival shows have been kept at 75 per cent capacity and many venues require ticketholders to be fully vaccinated.

Happy Valley’s Sam Willoughby won Australia's first Olympic medal in BMX racing, but after suffering a spinal injury during a training session, his life took a dramatic turn. He now coaches and remains passionate about the sport.
