With noncompetes under fire from the FTC, how will companies seek to protect their intellectual property? It's an open question many CEOs, GCs and outside attorneys are grappling with. Our first item today explores what might be next for companies and employees on this front. Also, a Philadelphia jury handed up a more than $6 million award, which sounds like a lot of money, except when you consider that the final demand was, by one account, as high as $101 million, our second story reports. And a judge has tossed a fee dispute against Kleinbard.
