members quality standards to ensure its Tour Operators provide you with the best possible service, information and holiday options available on the market. We also measure consumer trends in the market to ascertain gaps or new areas/services to be explored to satisfy its member clients’ changing travel requirements. The results will be submitted to AITO anonymously and your details will remain safely ring-fenced with us. AITO are therefore not aware of whether you have travelled or not with any of its Tour Operator members and you will have the opportunity to indicate this in the survey.
