Who is quite possibly the most brilliant sales & marketing brain the world has ever seen.
Anyway…
Here’s 9 key questions prospects ask when encountering you and your offer:
1. Is this guy / girl for real? (authenticity)
2. Is he / she telling me the truth? (believability)
3. Is he / she knowledgeable and competent (credibility)
4. Is he / she appropriate for me? (feasibility of relationship)
5. Is he / she listening — or just peddling? (customized solutions)
6. Overall, can he / she be relied on? (safety)
7. Do I understand (enough about) what he or she’s going to do for me? (comfort)
8. Am I making the best choice vs. other choices? (superiority)
9. Am I paying a fair price? (value)
Fail to answer these questions convincingly…
And your prospects are almost guaranteed to say “No” to your product or service.
That’s the bad news.
But there’s good news too:
When you learn how to address these concerns effectively…
Not only will you remove skepticism and boost your sales volume…
In many cases, you can ALSO increase the price you’re charging.
(And still have your prospects nodding “Yes” to question #9).
So my advice to you is to spend some time — as much as it takes — figuring out how to create positive reactions to these questions inside your buyers’ minds.
Pro Tip: Use as much PROOF as possible in the form of success stories, case studies, testimonials, and demonstrations (of how the product works and how effective it is).
