It's a real pleasure to work at MailPoet. I mean it.

I don't share insights on the internal workings of our team often, but we recently published on why we release every week. It gives a hint about our mindset and how we like to work.

What's this mindset? Our support, product, quality assurance and engineering teams all have a say on how things could be better for ourselves and our users. Our obsession by quality and reliability unites us in our distributed work environment.
