NEW YORK: Highgate Hotels has appointed Barbara Christoph as general manager at Arthouse Hotel New York City. The move marks a return to Highgate for Christoph; she previously was with the company at the former On The Ave Hotel. Arthouse is planning to undergo a multi-million renovation next year.

WASHINGTON: NTP Events has been contracted by the Association for Vision Research and Ophthalmology to facilitate sales and oversee exhibitor services for the association's first international meeting.
