Though Congress has agreed on allocating $900 billion to COVID-19 relief, it will not be enough to get the U.S. economy back on its feet. In their Blueprints policy brief, William Gale and Grace Enda write that Congress needs to allocate trillions of dollars for relief and stimulus to further support economic recovery.
