Dear John , In Europe, Summer is bidding us farewell. Although some countries are still under strict lockdown, many children are returning to school and lots of us are trickling back to our workplaces after months of working from home. Though the pandemic is far from over and ‘normal’ life may never be quite the same ‘normal’ again, it can be comforting to know that having a regular routine can help reduce the mental stress of uncertainty and make us more resilient to challenges. |

And the good news is, unlike January, which is possibly one of the worst times of year to turn over a new leaf, September is increasingly being described as one of the best! Whether it’s down to that new-school term feeling, motivation to redress the summer excess, or that - like us - you simply just feel a little sparkle when Autumn colours start to appear, September can be a great time to re-establish a healthy routine. |
