White House’s National Strategy on Hunger, Nutrition, Health Includes Supporting Physical Activity

The White House released an $8 billion nutrition and physical activity plan that called for governments to increase access to green space for exercise and improve accessibility to exercise for people with disabilities. It also suggested that businesses, non-profits and governments partner with schools to open parks, sports facilities and fields to children.
