Last week, the White House unveiled its much-anticipated National Cybersecurity Strategy 2023, building upon recent executive orders and outlining a set of responsibilities aiming to connect the public and private sector in an aligned mission to safeguard cyberspace. While organizations know they now face additional cybersecurity responsibilities, the legal repercussions for failing to meet them remain to be seen.
