A Message From the Editor

Good morning. We've been looking at partner pay, and it appears that Am Law 100 law firms again raised the stakes on partner pay last year, increasing the average distance between their highest- and lowest-paid equity partners. Also, White & Case has been named in a $1.83 billion lawsuit tied to Malaysia's ongoing state fund scandal. Meanwhile, GE's former legal chief has joined Paul Weiss.
