Summer vacations to Alabama’s beautiful, glorious Gulf Coast -- to magical seaside towns like Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Fort Morgan and Dauphin Island -- create indelible memories that many of us spend the rest of our lives trying to re-create. Almost every family beach vacation involves a big night out at a local seafood house or burger joint. And while both Gulf Shores and Orange Beach have grown so much that we hardly recognize the little beach towns from our youth, thankfully, a few of those old places are still around. Here are 5 classic beach restaurants we’ve been going to a while now. We hope you get to visit one this weekend or some point this summer!
