A resident reported that a man was sleeping for the past half-hour in a vehicle parked in front of his house. An officer arrived and spoke with the subject, who was waiting for his wife, an interior decorator, to finish her business appointment at a neighbor’s house. He said he had been reading a book, but fell asleep.
