An arrest warrant has been issued for a January 6 defendant who has gone missing with her trial set to begin |
The FBI is on the search for Florida woman Olivia Pollockafter she did not show up to court in Washington, DC, on Monday. In fact, court officials have not been able to locate Pollock since sometime in late February, according to a warrant issued for her arrest. “Trial in this matter was scheduled for March 6, 2023, at 9:00 AM. Defendant Olivia Pollock failed to appear,” District Judge Carl Nichols wrote in an order. Pollock is the third defendant who was charged as part of a Florida group that was accused of attacking Capitol police. Funnily enough, she is not the first one in her family to evade the authorities. |
