"After our company holiday party, I slept with the mailroom guy. When we got back to the office the next week I had an email letting me know I had a package. I responded saying I wasn’t expecting anything, and got an email back basically asking if I was 'stupid,' and reiterating that I had a 'package.' |
I spent the next year avoiding the mailroom at all costs, but couldn’t avoid him entirely since I sat by the elevator. I saw him every time he came up with a delivery." |

"I worked at a company with only about three men in the office, so truly any man there seemed like a 10. We were on different teams and, like all good office romances, we started as friends. Long story short, the 'innocent' office flirtation was catching on and senior staff started asking me if we were dating, and essentially the whole office knew. I was mortified but I was young and didn't know any better. |

He ended up having a secret girlfriend the whole time — who he’s now married to — and while I felt rejected and embarrassed, he ended up getting fired and I was promoted a week later." |
