For the fudgiest brownies ever, follow pastry chef and cookbook author Melissa Weller’s advice. Add sugar, vanilla, and salt into a mixture of melted chocolate and butter, then whisk in eggs. Gently fold in your flour, then bake your brownies at 400ºF. Cooking them at a high temperature results in a brownie with a thin, crisp crust and a soft, fudgy interior.
