| | Question of the Week This week, we noted that White & Case installed two napping pods in its Washington D.C. office last year. The “energy pods” are lounge chairs with a domed privacy visor. A White & Case partner said that the pods are well-received, though workers at the firm seem reluctant to admit they use them. NPR also reported this week that some high schools are acquiring napping pods to help sleep-deprived students improve their classroom performance. So, we want to ask you: Do you take power naps during your workday? Is napping something you wish you could do, but simply impossible? Or do you instead try to get enough sleep and night and use caffeine to get you over bouts of drowsiness? Answer in the comments. |
