Let's get you caught up on the latest. Over the weekend, LSU held its second and final scrimmage. Coach Ed Orgeron thought the offense played much better than it did the week before, but once again, he said the offensive line had issues with protection. Read the full recap here. The scrimmage marked the end of "camp" as LSU began game-planning for UCLA on Monday. That gave us a convenient time to look at every position and see which ones have starters and which ones remain open with another two weeks before the first game. A couple bits of news from Monday: — Attendance might be an issue at the Rose Bowl as UCLA announced it will give free tickets to high school students in an effort to fill the seats. — Cornerback Derek Stingley Jr. and kicker Cade York were named first-team preseason All-Americans by The Associated Press. Also on Monday, our columnist Scott Rabalais offered his take on LSU's defense. He feels confident the Tigers can score points. But can they prevent them? After such a bad 2020 season, Rabalais believes how many games LSU will win depends on the defense. Lastly, LSU's special teams units have largely become an asset the last three years. How?
