Thousands of students across the country were supposed to be back in school this year, but so many are not. And what of the millions of kids for whom remote learning isn’t working. Now what?
If you’re feeling — like me — that this year is just a lost cause for our kids and are apoplectic about its potential consequences for our children, read this piece by senior reporter Catherine Pearson. She spoke with a variety of experts about what we should expect down the road, and what, if anything, we can do now to mitigate any issues.
It’s not a cure-all, but it did give me a sense of control in an increasingly out-of-control time.
