Eviction Ban Vacated, DOJ Appeals

A U.S. District Court ruled Wednesday that the nationwide eviction moratorium is unlawful, though the Department of Justice quickly appealed the decision. NAR supports the court ruling and says it’s time to focus on getting rental assistance funds to tenants and housing providers.
