 This has been a tough year to be a flight attendant: Unruly passengers, mask mandates and “usual” in-flight antics abound. Since the beginning of the summer there have been countless incidents involving passengers’ flouting mask rules, and getting physically and verbally violent when confronted.
It’s easy as a passenger to feel pretty helpless in these situations, but, as senior reporter Caroline Bologna found, there are actually a number of things you can do to help the situation.
