Prudential expands benefits to reduce employee stress A Prudential survey in 2009 showed 34% of its employees were financially stressed, so the company added budget coaching; changed health, retirement and disability benefits; expanded child care reimbursement; and paid parental and caregiving leave. Gene studies confirm power of T. rex noses The Tyrannosaurus rex likely had a sense of smell that matched its massive size, according to a study published in the Proceedings of the Royal Society B. The researchers, who correlated models of living creatures with information about dinosaurs, say the gene counts of T. rex were probably not much smaller than modern house cats and chickens.
