I like to look at performance as being made up of three key things:
Attitude, Effort and Skill.
The Ziglar Performance Formula is simple:
Attitude X Effort X Skill = Performance
I also believe that performance has five basic levels:
Level A x E x S = P Description
1 1 x 1 x 1 = 1 Broke
2 2 x 2 x 2 = 8 J.O.B. (just over broke)
3 3 x 3 x 3 = 27 Success
4 4 x 4 x 4 = 64 Significance
5 5 x 5 x 5 = 125 Legacy
What level are you?
Broke? Bad attitude, not working, undeveloped skills. J.O.B.?Circumstances determine your A, E, and S. Success? You own your A, E, and S significance?
You help others move to success legacy?
You develop others who create significance?
Success + Significance + Legacy = Zignificance
Now you know why some people out-earn and out-perform
others - impact is exponential.
The question is, where are you and what are you going to do to move up to Legacy?
