For those who follow me on Facebook and were concerned about me mulching the grass clippings, this is the same spinach and it’s doing great! What do I do with it all? Well, spinach can be canned. But I'll be honest: I tried it and didn't really like it, so I won't be doing it again. I'll freeze a bunch instead.
