| My 7 Healthiest Habits as a Wellness WriterI’m always a little shocked to hear the impressions that friends, colleagues and acquaintances have about my lifestyle. Because I write about wellness for a living, I’ve had people assume the following: I work out twice a dayI don’t eat pizzaI eat lots of almondsI’m obsessed with living to 100And so on and so forth. Are they true? No, not really. (Especially not the pizza point.) A critical component of wellness — and I will beat this drum, die on this hill, whatever cliche you prefer, until the cows come home — is actually liking what you’re doing. And while brands such as Rolex, Blancpain, Omega and Panerai might be more readily associated with the higher end of the dive watch market, the Aquaracer, with its sub-$5,000 price tag, is proving a formidable force in the middle tier. | |

While a weekend trip to the Hamptons is always a welcomed escape, there’s not always the time (or budget) for all of that. When a quick hit of sun, sand and waves are what you need, that’s when the Rockaways become incredibly handy to have nearby. | |
