Recent successes | We've got two new competition wins to report this week, and six prize updates...
Alyson discovered she’d won a Good Housekeeping Competition and will be enjoying a 2-night stay in Rwst in North Wales. Well done, Alyson!
One of the admins in our Facebook comp group spotted a competition winner announcement online and located an ecstatic Martine in the group to let her know she'd won. She’ll be going on a cottage break for up to 6 people in North Yorkshire.
Now for a bit of prize-winner feedback...
An excited Maria, on the eve of her long-awaited holiday to Tenerife said: “Super excited to finally be going on this holiday tonight to Tenerife for 5 nights, that I won pre-covid, that has been booked & re-booked so many times thought I would never actually get there! I am taking my daughter for some quality girlie time together to a super adult only hotel, with our own BUTLER (?!?) and a posh suite with Clarins products… Keep at it everyone, your lucky day is round the corner!”
Hazel enjoyed her time in Portugal: “Back home from a very enjoyable 7 night cruise on the River Douro courtesy of World of Cruising and Riviera Travel.”
Jo told us that “My friend & I won a 5 night walking holiday courtesy of Headwater Holidays - we chose Kandersteg, Switzerland. Thanks for all the competition posts, thank you to Travel Competitions UK. We had the most amazing trip.”

“Lucky” Dan posted a brilliant photo compilation in the Facebook group and update of his Thailand win: “…a few months ago I won the Blue Bay Travel competition to Thailand, much to my amazement. We took the trip in August and it was amaaaZzing! Blue Bay covered most of the cost of the flights and 7 nights in a Phuket hotel, but we were already planning to go to Thailand so I used the opportunity to stretch it out and paid for more nights to turn it into a 28 day holiday….Keep on entering!”
Lindsay had an update for us: “We had a wonderful weekend stay at Number 61 in Skipton following my win at the end of July. The owners… left a HUGE welcome pack of goodies, a delicious bonus 😋 It was a great location for visiting the Yorkshire Dales and we particularly enjoyed Malham Cove, Malham Tarn, Barden Bridge, The Strid and Bolton Abbey. Lots of yomping in the great outdoors is what we love and this win hit the mark, with a beautiful home from home to come back to each evening. Thanks again for everyone in this group. Here's to more wins for us all!”
