Recent successes | Just a couple of updates on people enjoying their wins this week…
Charlotte has just got back from an island-hopping trip to the Seychelles where she was able to combine two of her prize wins: a £5,000 voucher won via an Instagram draw with Flight Centre in 2020, and second prize in a creative Visit Seychelles competition from January, where she had to design an itinerary using 10 items.
Between the two prizes Charlotte managed to get:
- Flights (which she upgraded one way to Business Class using Avios)
- 5 nights full board plus 1 night half board in 5 star hotels on Mahe Island
- 3 nights B&B in a 3 star hotel on La Digue Island
- 3 nights half board in a £900/night fancy 5 star hotel on Praslin Island
- £150 spa treatment each
- Full day island tour on Mahe
- Full day marine park snorkelling trip
- Half day tour of Vallee de Mai and Anse Lazio beach
Charlotte said: “Unfortunately we had a A LOT of rain while we were there, and two of the excursions couldn't go ahead, but we made the most of the dry spells and got out and about to see as much as we could. We also managed to fit in a lot of relaxing!”
‘Lucky’ Dan (who won the Thailand competition a few weeks ago) has also just got back from an exotic prize-winning stay, but on the Caribbean island of Antigua...
“Like many others who have been lucky enough to win a holiday and fortunate in having been able to transfer from the 'Covid Years' to 'Post Covid', I have just got back from a holiday that I won in 2019 that should have been taken in 2020. We got to enjoy a trip to Antigua, a place I'd not thought to have gone if I hadn't won but loved it. I was forced to relax and take it easy, where I'd normally plan lots to do and tire us both out!”
