Nov. 29, 2019 Winter storm No. 2 hits Minnesota this weekend. Blizzard warnings have been issued for the parts of the North Shore from Saturday morning through Sunday while winter storm warnings are in effect for most of Minnesota from Friday night through Sunday. Some parts in the southern half of Minnesota may get rain or a mix of rain and snow with highs above freezing.
More cases wait in Minnesota’s federal immigration court. A recent study has found that the number of pending cases in the federal court in Bloomington has jumped by 70 percent since last year.
