Important Updates to our Privacy Policy

As you may be aware, the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) goes into effect on May 25, 2018. Like lots of other businesses, we're taking this opportunity to update our privacy policy in part to address new disclosure requirements of the GDPR.
 
As you may also know, we have expanded our business over the past few years to offer a wider selection of services and platforms under various brands within our parent company, the Ingenio enterprise. We're taking this opportunity to update our data privacy disclosures into one consolidated policy, including to clarify how we use and disclose information collected about our users.
 
The updated Privacy Policy will take effect on May 25, 2018.
